In the early 2000s, I watched my own father get irritated and wrestle with his “unfair” coverage for years. As I tried to help him, I couldn’t help but notice how different it was from typical health insurance.

The resources and professionals he met with couldn’t (or wouldn’t) break things down into simple terms for him. They just made him even more confused! It’s as if they wanted people to throw their hands up in frustration and give up. I saw a great need for a different type of insurance agent. Someone who could break down the chaos into straightforward, useful terms. More importantly, someone who really cared to help the customer, just like they were their own dad.

For the past 13 years I’ve tried my best to become that agent. I’ve now helped over 2,200 clients and families greatly improve their situations – both physically and financially – by leaps and bounds.
